    有人說,女人要在當媽媽後,才能真正清楚自己嫁的究竟是什麼人。
    孩子像是婚姻與愛情的試金石,身為女人,我們並不希望只被老公期許當好太太、好媽媽,更在乎的是,是否還有機會看見當年對方眼中的疼惜及溫柔?

    無論第幾胎 媽媽總會忘了照顧自己

    從懷孕後,身體心理開始出現一連串的改變,除讚嘆造物者的神奇,所有考驗也接踵而來,開始覺得「我的身體不再是我的身體」,覺得自己有責任保護好寶寶,飲食上也得更加留意。

    某個濕冷的下雨天,我怕小肉包上學睡過頭遲到,刻意比兩父子早起,呼喚他們起床。睡眼惺忪為他們準備早餐,接著我又體力不支地倒頭就睡。

    當我再度醒來,父子都已出門了,我也開始在電腦前瘋狂工作,隨便拿了塊麵包邊吃邊回信。心裡卻有個聲音出現:「妳都記得幫老公跟兒子補充營養了!妳自己呢?現在,還有肚子裡的小喵呢!」

    總不自覺把「照顧自己」放在次要序位,難道媽媽都是這樣的?

    忙碌媽媽不怕忘東忘西,孕期營養一顆搞定

    懷孕前三個月,噁心感不斷出現,過往喜歡吃的一些葉菜甚至肉類,都突然失去吸引力。

    於是身邊長輩開始關心我的飲食,傳統說法總愛提倡「一人吃兩人補」!但看著身邊好友在孕期為了養胎,瘋狂吃肉甚至捏鼻子吃榴槤,最後,寶寶出生重量居然還不到3000g,自己卻增重了20多公斤!我更認為現代媽媽在孕期除了一人吃兩人補,養胎不養肉也是終極目標,因為增加在自己身上的脂肪都是壓力。

    看了國民健康署的「孕哺期每日飲食建議」以及「國人膳食營養素參考建議攝取量─懷孕期」後,我大嘆,這對於孕婦來說並不容易達到,如果真的得落實,那我大概要花很多心思準備自己的三餐,而且胃口時好時壞,也不見得能吃到足量。

    目前我在家煮飯的頻率一個禮拜最多3~4次,每天至少攝取兩碗青菜、喝水量約1000c.c.左右。早餐偏好全麥土司加果醬,工作關係常早午餐合併一餐;晚餐約半碗全糙米加黑米飯,再搭配兩種肉類、魚類等蛋白質。

    表面上我的飲食看似均衡,但只要當週工作量多壓力大,就會打亂原來的習慣,一忙起來泡麵、零食少不了,用餐時間也不規律。
