穿上媽媽的戰袍,成就更美好的自己

我很想了解這塑身衣的布料,專員介紹瑪麗蓮的布料是獨家專利MARILYN BABYFIBER®材質,擁有歐盟Oeko-Tex Standard 100及SGS雙重安全認證,摸起來輕薄、透氣、有彈性,讓人穿起來是舒適的。

一拿到塑身衣後,其中「連身塑身衣短褲款」一穿上,立刻可以感受到胸部集中托高,副乳也被包覆住,而且它沒有胸罩設計,所以對哺乳媽咪來說只要一解開衣服就可以哺乳了,不必穿穿脫脫,而無毒的材質也能放心親餵寶寶。

臀部也不例外,3D立體剪裁的設計有提臀效果,可以幫助雕塑臀部曲線,另外它有開檔設計,所以上廁所時很方便,也不用擔心不透氣導致陰部悶熱的問題。

穿上塑身衣,搭配飲食和運動雕塑身材

其實呀!我覺得產後瘦身真的不要給自己過大壓力,因為帶小孩壓力夠大了,所以每週1到2次我會讓自己放縱一下,喝個啤酒、吃個炸物、甜點等,但其他時候,飲食就以健康、高纖、少油少鹽為原則,並盡量避開精致澱粉。

像我現在都是自己下廚比較多,米飯類就選擇全糙米,炒青菜時油也加很少,並且會再搭配瘦肉,補充足夠的蛋白質。

透過這樣的飲食原則再搭配穿塑身衣,每週1到2次,每次快走50分鐘(未來希望增加次數),我沒餵母奶還是有緩慢變瘦喔!身體尺寸也有小一些,產後3個月,我也拿塑身衣回門市修改了,看到腰部和腹部的尺寸被修小很開心呢!
